Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest metropolis, is set in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. It served as the country's capital until 1997 and remains Kazakhstan's trading and cultural hub. Landmarks include the Central State Museum, displaying thousands of historic Kazakh artifacts. In the center is Panfilov Park, home to the bright-yellow towers of Zenkov Cathedral, a tsarist-era Russian Orthodox church.

Day 1: Arrival

• Arrive at the Almaty International Airport at 11:25 AM.
• Meet our local representative.
• Get a transfer to the hotel for Check-In.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Medeo and Shymbulak Tour

• Buffet Breakfast & head out for Medeo and Shymbulak tour.
• See the Medeo Dam, protecting the city from destructive mudflows, 'Medeo' highest skating rink in the world.
• Visit the highest point of Shymbulak by cableway. (3rd station- 3200 m above sea level).
• Get transferred back to Almaty.
• Enjoy lunch at the restaurant.  
• Visit Mega Mall: Biggest Mall in Almaty.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Almaty sightseeing tour

• Savour the delicious breakfast.
• Proceed for Almaty sightseeing tour.
• Get acquainted with the city and its places like Palace of President, Republic Square, Monument of Independence, and many more.
• Enjoy your lunch.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Lesnaya Skazka Tour

• Have a scrumptious breakfast.
• Proceed for Lesnaya Skazka Tour.
• Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Departure

• Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel.
• Hotel check-out & proceed to airport for your return flight

Visa Details:

• UAE Nationals get visa on arrival 
• E-Visa is available for other nationalities, subject to the approval of the concerned authority.

• Invitation Letter (SouthTravels shall provide the invitation letter upon purchase of the holiday package)
• Complete the visa application form with one photo
• Submit a letter requesting a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan
• Your letter should clearly state the purpose of your trip, Hotel details in Kazakhstan, the date of your planned trip, tour itinerary of the places to be visited
• Hotel & Air Ticket Booking confirmation
• A valid passport, which should have at least one blank page for a visa, valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa.
• UAE Residence Permit. 
• Payment should be done to NBAD by receipt received at the Consular Section of Embassy.
• Tourist Visa fees for non-American passport holders: 

1. Single entry up to 30 days 60 USD (subject to change) 
2. Multiple entry visa, up to one year 90 USD (subject to change)

Payment Policy

• 60 Days or more from departure date - 10% of the Package cost.
• Between 25 to 60 days from departure date - 50 % of the Package cost.
• Less than 25 days from departure date - 100% of Package Cost.
