IMPORTANT NOTES / CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT / REFUND POLICY:

• Booking must be within or more than 48 hours in advance.
• Trip Cancellation one day before the tour date, 15% Cancellation Charges will apply.
• Trip cancellation on the same day of the tour date, 100% Cancellation Charges will apply.
• Trip amendment/rescheduling 48 hours before tour date; No Cancellation Charges will apply.
• Pregnant women, people with back issues, senior citizens, or with heart problems are not suggested to do the Dune Bushing / Desert Safari. Make sure to notify us / driver to drop you directly to the camp area.
• Pick up and Drop off on selected areas in within Dubai city limit
