USER AGREEMENT
Below are the terms and conditions governing the usage of SouthTravels.com, This site is owned, maintained and managed by South Travels. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
1. Website Content
The information displayed on our website are provided by our partners or tour
operators. We make every reasonable effort to check the accuracy and factual
presentation of information on our website at the time of updating. By using
this website you agree that SouthTravels.com is not liable for any claims of
damages arising from errors in this website. Please report any errors to info@southtravels.com
2. Terms and Conditions of Service
These rates are available only at SouthTravels.com and cannot be obtained directly from the hotel or our partner tour operators, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.
Online Payment - Visa, Mastercard,
AMEX and Diners Club acceptable. For Personal Credit Card the cardholder must
be part of the travelling party. For Corporate or Business Credit Card - the card holder must sign
the required documentation. Credit card holder must be part
of travelling party. We may ask from you at any time a scan copy of the original
credit card back and front and a valid ID of the card holder for further verification
as per our bank merchant advise before they will debit the amount . In case
it is necessary for you to do so our reservation agent will send you an email.
You agree that your credit card will be charged for the full cost of your reservation
when we accept your reservation order.
Special request is not guaranteed as it is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
3. Privacy Policy
SouthTravels will never sell our integrity. SouthTravels will never rent, share, or sell your information. We make this promise because we understand just how much you value your privacy. Please read carefully how we treat the information we collect when you visit our site and/or use our hotel booking engine.
We reserve the rights to change our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Our main purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, experience. We may use your personal information to:
- Provide the services and customer support you request;
- Process transactions and send notices about your hotel booking / travel requirements;
- Collect payments, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems;
- Improve our services and the content of our website;
- Send you targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once we will issue you a Voucher, if any cancellation is done for whatever reason a booking fee of USD 25.00 per person will be charged and the rest of the amount will be refunded less 6% card surcharges.
Charges for No Show and Cancellation applies as per the email sent by our Reservation Agent prior to confirmation of your booking and the rest of the amount will be refunded less 6% card surcharges.
Unused vouchers - No refund provided in event of cancellation or alteration for the services mentioned in the voucher which the guest might decide not to use once the date of check-in commences. It can be utilized in other services like tours or other hotel.
5. Your Warranties
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and posses the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay services at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.
We shall not be held responsible for incomplete booking order or irregular payment details. Under extreme circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill the booking contract for reasons beyond our control. The reasons may include but not limited to governmental control, environment or natural disasters.
6. Electronic Communication
You communicate with SouthTravels.com electronically whenever you visit this site or send email to us by using our Reservation and Inquiry Form. You consent to receive communication from SouthTravels.com electronically and by fax. We will communicate with you by email or by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.
SouthTravels.com shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We make no representation about the information, quality, or its suitability of our services as displayed in our website. From time to time, we display pictures for your convenience. Please note that these pictures may differ from the actual services you receive.
Transactions over the Internet may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (including without limitation economic, special, punitive or consequential damages) arising directly or indirectly from your access to or the use of this Site or the failure to do so.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including claims for lost profits or lost business) arising from the usage of our website's information or services either directly or indirectly. The company disclaims all implied warranties.
8. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and shall be legally binding on all parties. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Your Server Protocol, Host, Remote Address and User Agent are being monitored. Any form of fraud and/or deception detected by us will immediately be reported to the proper authorities. By doing so, the person taking these acts of fraud and/or deception will expose him/herself to applicable national and international laws.
