Location :The Premier Palace Hotel, located on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, is the only 5-star hotel in Kiev, Ukraine. Since the hotel's inception in 1909 (back then there were two hotels located in one premises), it was considered one of the best in the city. Famous actors, poets, singers, artists and other celebrities were known to stay at the Ukraina Hotel (the name since 1953).

The restaurant has a seating capacity of 120 people. Besides, there are special cozy rooms for private functions and the bar with a seating capacity of 20. The restaurant is prided for its excellent international and Ukrainian cuisine. Among them are house specialties which guests praise highly, the dish of the royal court - Beluga caviar crepes with sour cream - Norwegian fjord salmon, Coeur de Filet of Beef and the traditional Ukrainian borsch (beet soup) with hot buttered garlic buns, soup with knudli and dumplings. Also, Chef Regnault suggests trying the best dishes of French Mediterranean cuisine: smoked salmon cannelloni with vegetables, Foie gras with fruit chutney, beef consommé with ravioli stuffed with vegetables and marrow, duck breast with beet, mango, turnips and cinnamon-orange sauce. For a different dessert, try milk and rice with sweet Sabayon sauce and orange crust.

Lobby-bar is opened 24 hours. Fan Fest Sport Bar operates 16 hours a day. It's a great place to be when you're on your game. With a friendly atmosphere, modern décor and live broadcasts of major sporting events, Fan Fest puts you in the middle of the action. Both bars can provide you with more than two hundred alcoholic and soft drinks. Also there is wide cigar choice both in the bar and restaurant.
