LOCATION: Hotel
Devin, named affer a near-by standing castle Devin is located in
the historical centre of Bratislava (in the past called also Preslavburg,
Presburg, Braslavgrad, Possen, Pozon, Prespork ...). Bratislava
is placed in the picturesque surroundings of the foothills of Male
Karpaty and the edge of the Danube lowlands.
The hotel was built by famous Slovak architect Emil Belus, the autor
of many important buildings in our town. The Hotel Devin is now
a protected cultural monument. In Bratislava, the thousand years
old town, we can find the neolitic settlement as well as the Celtic
setting, remains of the Roman military camp and other valuable remainders
from the past. In 1291 Bratislava was given the royal town privileges.
In 1919, Bratislava became the capital of Slovakia and in 1993 the
capital of the independent Slovak Republic. Today it is the centre
of cultural and social life in Slovakia.

The hotel interior is a natural outcome of functionalist style dominating over the external façade, balanced use of natural materials, pastel shades and wood. It has a 12-guest capacity, interesting interior design and caters
to the demanding taste. The Congress Center connects original classicaly

The capacity of the Great hall is flexible depending on the type
of undertaking and the type of seating arrangements desired. It
has the capacity up to 150 guests. The Minor hall accommodates approximately
25 guests. The halls are very adaptable and suitable for various
training seminars, conferences, receptions, jubilees and the like.
