HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Pestana Alvor Park is composed of 55 new and modern luxury apartments facing the sea and enjoying good sea views. The apartments consist of studios, one-bedroom and two bedrooms, each with kitchenettes equipped with ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and all necessary kitchen facilities.
The Park is situated some 500 metres from the long sandy beach and makes a stylish and comfortable location for the holiday visitor seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere and about 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport.
Each apartment is tastefully furnished and has air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio and a safe. There is a outdoor pool for adults and children, an indoor heated pool, a Health Centre with Jacuzzi, fitness room, and sauna and steam baths The restaurant also serves light meals. Guest facilities include TV room, library, Fun Centre, Cyber Corner, and in the gardens there is a playground for children.
The Hotel is conveniently within easy walking distance of the village. Alvor was once a sleepy small place but it is now a popular location for restaurants, bars and night life. For the sporting inclined there are six golf courses in the immediate vicinity, a tennis club, and a lawn bowling club.
