HOTEL FACILITIES: The Mitre Restaurant remains one of the finest restaurants in Northern Ireland where guests enjoy food prepared by Paul McKnight, one of the country's leading chefs. With an air of gothic elegance, the Mitre Restaurant is the most tranquil area to enjoy a varied menu. Diners can enjoy music from our resident pianist on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday lunchtimes.
Cultra Inn: Guests can also enjoy a more informal meal or drink in the Cultra Inn set in the hotel gardens. With some of the most satisfying and wholesome food in the area, it is perfect for a tasty lunch or pint by the fireside. Open all day from 12pm - 12am. Lunch Served 12 - 5pm. Dinner served from 5pm to 9.30pm.
Private dining is available for individual parties in a selection of beautiful suites such as the very popular Drawing Room or the exclusive Ailsa and Balmoral Suites in the Highland Centre. Private dining offers a variety of menus from the hotel's special private gourmet menu selection.
