Location : The Grand Hotel Park is located in the centre of the Lapad peninsula, and it is only 100 m away from the main beach. Uvala Lapad (The Bay of Lapad) is known for its clear sea, promenades and its magnificent Mediterranean vegetation; it is an ideal place for vacation and leisure.
The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés, and there are also bank, post office, commercial centre, tennis courts, beauty salon, etc. The public transport bus stop is also very close to the hotel. The old historic part of the town of Dubrovnik is only 3 km away, and can be reached not only by bus but by the sea as well.

Accommodation : The full receptive capacity of the Grand Hotel Park is 248 rooms, 156 of them and 6 suites in the Hotel and 86 rooms in the Villas. All the rooms are with Sat TV, mini bar, telephone, hairdryer and air-conditioning.
The rooms in the three-star Park Hotel (***) have balcony, half of them with sea-view, and the other half overlooking the Lapad peninsula and the park. All our accommodation spaces are air-conditioned. The suites dispose of a completely arranged kitchen with a sitting-room and a bathroom with jJacuzzi tub. In the newly arranged four-star Villas (****) you will enjoy the modern italian-design interior and the exterior with antique stone villas.

Hotel Facilities : The Grand Hotel Park has congress halls: "Blue Room" seating 220 persons (theatre style), "Talir" - 60 persons (theatre style), "Romana" 30 persons (theatre style), and the Cocktail Salon - 60 persons (theatre style). It is possible to adapt the hall shape into the “U shape”, banquet style or classroom style. The Hotel is technically equipped for sound and video projections, and we can also provide technical equipment to suit your needs and requirements. The Grand Hotel Park has long experience in organizing all kinds of meetings.
Grand Hotel Park has an indoor swimming pool 20 m long with heated sea water, as well as an outdoor swimming pool with sea water. In the indoor swimming-pool area you can amuse yourselves with table tennis, fitness apparatus, massage and sauna, and at the reception floor, you have at your disposal an Internet corner and an aperitif-bar.
Sunshades and deck chairs in the outdoor swimming-pool area are included in the hotel room prices. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are tennis courts and a beautiful promenade leading you along the seashore of the Lapad Bay up to places where you can enjoy magnificent views on the Elaphite Islands.
