: Located in the heart of the city, Narayan Niwas Palace
is very easily accessible. Jaisalmer has excellent roads connecting
it to Jodhpur, Bikaner, etc. providing a scenic panorama throughout
the drive. The airport in Jaisalmer (operational from November
to March) is just 5 km away, while flights to Jodhpur operate
throughout the year. An excellent broad gauge train operates between
Jodhpur and Jaisalmer covering the distance overnight, which is
equally comfortable.
