The Grand hôtel des Mascareignes is situated on the west coast of Reunion Island, in the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. It is 30 minutes drive from Saint-Denis, the capital and 35 minutes from the International Airport, « Roland-Garros. Situated on the "côte sous le vent", the « Grand hôtel des Mascareignes »*** overlooks the Boucan-Canot, the most beautiful beach of the Island. It has been entirely renovated in 2003 with the aim to make it become the most beautiful 3 star establishment of the Island. The special materials used create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. White and red linen, coconut rugs, Indonesian wood, rattan sofas and the omnipresent bunches of tropical flowers contribute to this atmosphere of pleasure! The Grand Hôtel des Mascareignes has 155 air-conditioned rooms entirely renovated. All equipped with a direct telephone line and television with 10 channels (3 local channels, 6 with satellite and Canal +), a mini bar and an individual safe. The bathrooms have a double sink, one bath tub, a hair dryer and separate toilets. 122 standard rooms with a surface area of 31 m² in which 46 have 2 separate beds. They face the swimming pool or the ocean depending on their position whether downstairs or upstairs. Two of the standard rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility. 22 privilège rooms having a surface area of 40 m2 with a double bed, balcony with sea or ocean view. 9 family rooms with a surface area of 58 m2 with double bed, balcony with ocean view. 2 suites with a surface area of 85m2 with a large bed, facing the swimming pool, equipped with a television 16/9, DVD and a Hi Fi channel and bathroom with Jacuzzi.

RESTAURANT & BAR: Situated alongside the swimming pool, the main restaurant Le Souimanga welcomes you 7 days a week. It is open from 6h00 to 10h00 with an international buffet breakfast. You can have lunch à la carte from noon to 14h00. For dinner, from 19h30 to 21h30, you will have the choice between « Cuisine Creole » or « Cuisine à theme » served either as a buffet or menu depending on the season. « Le Longane , restaurant overlooking the swimming pool can be used especially for cocktails, business lunches or gala dinners. Le Papagayo » bar welcomes you everyday from 09h00 till midnight near the swimming pool. It proposes its Happy Hour (Buy 1 drink get 1 free, valid on consumption of drinks based on Rum) from 17h30 to 18h30.
